Well, it is 2:53 a.m. and I just got started with my first blogging experience. At this point the process has been fairly simple for me but I am looking forward to taking the time to customize my page. For the friends and family that stumble upon my ramblings......I hope you find what you read not only entertaining but also enlightening. For anyone else who takes the time to read what I write.....take from it what you will and please feel free to leave your thoughts on what I have written about.
At this time I don't seem to have a particular direction or agenda for my blogs but I'm sure as I post, there will be some common themes. It just seems that there are times I feel the urge to put my thoughts and ideas out there and the blog format seems to be the perfect way to do that and possibly get some feedback from people outside of my typical sphere of influence. I anticipate my blogs will range from personal feelings to political views to Kerouac style narratives.
For now, I will wrap up my first blog with this thought........
People limit their understanding both intentionally and unintentionally, in every matter, to where their comfort lies. When making a matter clear, people risk their peace of mind, their security, their identity, their past and their future. People choose to believe something, know something, or understand something. Within each of those conditions, people create a separate truth that diminishes their capacity to relate to and identify with each other and can limit their ability to unite because there is no common truth between them.
